Remember the chants from school? First the worst, second the best and so on? Ordinal numbers are around us whether it is remembering Thanksgiving (the Third Thursday in November) or placing in a race (yay you came in first!), it is in our vocabulary. I love skills you can match up as you teach and serve a double duty lesson so I often introduce this along with number order lessons (click here).

Get In Line – Explore ordinal positions by placing the people in their correct position.
